SILCAST-RTV-50 is a two-part low odour RTV silicone potting and encapsulating resin which cures upon exposure to ambient temperature and moisture. It has excellent softness, thermal cycling/shock property and thermal conductivity, can aid Quick heat dissipation thereby extending electronic product life.
